Diana was the fourth of the Meyer-built Papenburg sisters, delivered to Viking Line partner Slite in 1972, for the Kapellskär-Mariehamn-Naantali route. She also served on the Stockholm-Mariehamn-Turku route. In 1979 she was sold to Vaasanlaivat/Vasabåtarna as Botnia Express. In 1982, Vaasanlaivat/Vasabåtarna were bought by Viking Line partner Sally. In 1992 she was sold to Eckerö Line and served as the Alandia until 2006. She has since served from Jeddah as the Jamaa II.

Diana

Diana was the fourth of the six Papenburg sisters, delivered to Viking Line partner Slite in 1972, for the Kapellskär-Mariehamn-Naantali route. She also served on the Stockholm-Mariehamn-Turku route. In 1979 she was sold to Vaasanlaivat as Botnia Express. In 1982, Vaasanlaivat were bought by Viking Line partner Sally. In 1992 she was sold to Eckerö Line and served as the Alandia.

Polar Princess
(Jakob Line: 1990-91)
 
In 1989 Vasabåtarna became a major owner of Jakob Line. Jakob Line used the Botnia Express in spring and autumn 1990 and 1991. She was marketed as Polar Princess. There was no postcard issued of her during that time.

Alandia
(Eckerö Linjen: 1992-2006)
 
Alandia was built as the Viking Line subsidiary Rederi AB Slite ferry Diana in 1972. In 1979 she was sold to Vaasanlaivat and served as Botnia Express until 1992. Vaasanlaivat was acquired by Rederi AB Sally in 1982. In 1992 she was sold to Eckerö Line, becoming their Alandia. She also served with associated company Eestin Linjat. She was sold in 2006 becoming Jamaa II at Jeddah.
